Adding a video to a playlist while it's playing doesn't show playlist save overlay and crashes page

I just started using SponsorBlock in Chrome so it could be something I am doing wrong but whenever a video is on the screen and I click the 'Save' button on the bottom of the video to add the current video to a playlist the window overlay for the playlists doesn't show up and the page locks up/crashes.

Interestingly if I scroll down a little bit into the comments and click the 'Save' button the overlay shows up (below the video so it can be on screen) and works correctly.

If I disable the SponsorBlock extension everything works correctly again.
