Skip popup glitches when going anywhere on the video

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you have "ask to skip" turned on
2. Go to any section that has ask to skip, up until it asks you
3. Go BEHIND anywhere on the video, the skip button will still be there, and the time will have been extended (Expected to just disappear)
4. Press enter. This will skip to the end of the segment you were just on, no matter where you are on the video (Expected to do nothing)
