The category Sponsor won't allow me to submit `Full video`

If i want to add Sponsor - Full video i can't choose full video if the start and end time is the same.

If i try to submit it i get this message: Server said this request was invalid Error Code: 400

But after the error code 400 i suddenly can select full video even if the start and end time is the same. It isn't consistent in the behaviour:

It was three month ago i reported that one and maybe it is the same, maybe not? 🤔
