It won't skip as it should / weird behaviour after jumping backwards

I have noticed that SB sometimes won't skip as it should and when i manually move the seek bar back before the part it should skip, it jumps forward as it was skipping even if i move it far from the part it should skip.

It is possible to recreate it by manually move it precisely before it should skip and then move it backwards again..
