turns volume down to custom volume. then fades back to original audio volume.

+1 for reducing the volume. I feel this can be its own togglable option for all segments, possibly as an alternative to skipping. This is useful especially for non-music sections and extremely short segments.

We discussed this a bit on Discord, but thought that it might make more sense just to use a volume normalisation tool instead of crowdsourcing specific sections.

A Volume Fade in and out feature would be useful in general; It would make transitioning segments a lot smoother 👍
