This seems to happen with random videos too (above example is my own channel, but happens even if not on channel page, rather on video page). Turning extension OFF and ON seems to temporarily fix, and refreshing the page reproduces the issue again.

Only the first 3 videos on my homepage have thumbnails and when I click on a video none of them do. I don't even have Thumbnail replacement enabled. Someone really needs to take a real look into why the thumbnail part of this extension is so jank.

@FatheredPuma81 If you have BlockTube installed, the latest version caused a problem with DeArrow. I just published 1.5.3 which fixes this issue

My settings are that if I'm on my own channel ID, videos should revert to original thumbnails, but for the featured video, something seems broken. I'm happy to test stuff. Thanks.

@ajayyy right, because the above screenshot is in incognito, where extensions are all disabled. Here is not incognito (although I'm still trying to determine that deArrow is the issue. I tried disabling all extensions, including deArrow, and it still happened, so not sure, but it never happened before installing deArrow, let me try to uninstall it completely) thanks

@ajayyy yeah, disabling the extension in "brave://extensions/" immediately fixes the issue, so it is the extension. thanks
