Option to only auto-format crowdsourced titles

Add a toggle in that settings page that only converts crowdsourced titles to the specified case and leaves other titles alone.

@ajayyy The reverse feature would be much more useful: a toggle to only convert the original titles. Because it's the SCREAMING original titles that are the problem; the crowdsourced ones are much better and there is a much bigger chance of them properly using Capitalization of names and terminology.

Why not both? What I’m thinking a use case for my proposal could be for is clearly let you see which titles were crowdsourced at a glance without needing to hover

There is a "always display 'display original'" to see at a glance which titles were crowdsourced now. (Sorry if that's not the actual name of the option, #85.)

I'm also looking to only convert original title as a reasonable default way to get rid of SCREAMING when crowdsourced titles are not available. Ideally in that case the "always display 'display original'" option wouldn't apply though, since it's always applied so I don't need a flag that the title was significantly modified.
