Knife issue

Hello aixxe. I got one question about this skin changer knife's working. In source i did everything you said about changing a knife and it didnt worked like in game it shows me the karambit, the name and the skins name but the karambit wont show up, still the default knife. Can you help me please ? Thanks in advance.
