[MS-584] Tags and Categories for Cookbook

Description

As categories and tags has been added to the property of cookbook, there requires a change in the schema of the cookbook. This PR changes the schema of the cookbook to include categories and tags.

How to Test

I tested this with Web-API. Testing the CRUD for cookbook. Tried Creating a new cookbook with and without categories and tags. Reading of all cookbooks, reading of cookbook with trust categories. reading of cookbook with capability categories. reading of cookbook that is neither categories nor trust. Reading of cookbook by tags. Updating a cookbook modify either the categories only, or tag only, or both. Deleting a cookbook.
