Update screenshots to match new Redis logo

https://github.com/aiven/devportal/issues/939 changed the logo we use for Redis on the documentation front page.

Similar work is also changing the logo used in console.

We have screenshots in images/ that still contain the old logo. These should be updated.

A quick scan suggests at least:

• images/products/redis/redis-acl.png
• images/tools/console/console_create_service.png

Note that (1) all images should be in the images directory, and (2) it is worth scanning through there to see if there are any other screenshots that need updating, for instance related to the Apache Kafka logo.
