Feedback not working properly

I tried several programs, like x360ce, or the windows controller setting, and I just can make the right motor to vibrate, or both, but not only the left one/more vibration on the left and less on the right etc. I tried with 3 different dualshocks and all the same.

Any hints why this can happen?
