could you please share your type of GPU, mine always out of memory(4 GIB)

Most people use 1080 and above GPUs.

I think 4GB of GPU ram is not enough to train all the cycle GAN models. Personally I have 11GB (1080 Ti) of GPU ram, and the max I can fill with is batch size of 1 with images of 320.
