also if the loading of the full config is implemented, add a delay parameter which is a time in seconds after which the new config gets active.

This is not as easy to implement and needs a concept before implementation. Also it should be first considered if this is worth it, as the changes can be easily tracked by the user and also done in the config file (yes that is double effort, but it is less error prone than programming that functionality).
