Make SecureOsFunctions more easy to use

At the moment, many security related code is handled in different parts of the code. That makes it less maintainable and less secure. It is not easy to understand whats going on and why it is needed in that way. This must be much more clear in order to keep the logdata-anomaly-miner secure
