bug hail doesn't stay active in the background

I have already disabled the battery restriction hail, but after a few minutes it stops running, I can't use the automatic freezing option when the screen is locked. With that I have to manually freeze it every time or enter hail to lock the screen instead of just locking it.

Maybe it's simple to solve since it's a bug in the app and not the device, or they can add those fixed minimized notifications to keep it active all the time, or just make some modification to fix this.
