Right Click funciton for Links to Dataset Information Pages Loads Empty Page

When I "right" click on a dataset shortname and attempt to open the corresponding link to the dataset information page as a "new tab", it loads an empty page. It seems as though the way the URL is constructed after the "right" click is initiated is not correct. Here is an example for one particular dataset: https://mudrod-uat.jpl.nasa.gov/#!/datasetView/UCLA_DEALIASED_SASS_L3/ocean%20wind/Phrase/

For added clarification, this issue was identified on the mudrod-uat.jpl.nasa.gov interface. This issue is not present when using public-facing mudrod.jpl.nasa.gov interface.

The fix is currently deployed to UAT.
