Rasa component on Control Center.

As an Airy user, i need to be able to Install and Uninstall Rasa component from control center. I need to read component details and also configure the component after installation.

The configuration in Alpha version is for setting connection.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding "Rasa" Component to Airy core.

1. Rasa Component Rich card on Catalog > To install.
2. Rasa Component Rich cars on Catalog > Open configuration.
3. Rasa component card details > TO install/uninstall.
4. Rasa connector on Connector view > When installed.
5. Rasa connector configuration view:

4.1. Adding Rasa webhook : "http://:/webhooks/rest/webhook". 4.2. API Host: (optional) 4.3. Token/password (optional )

Describe alternatives you've considered

When Client=Enterprize, we should allow the user to request access for installation??? [Out of scope]
