Content Management - templates

As we currently allow user to use templates but not manage them, we need to create a space for managing these templates. As well as to stop creating custom apps to deply bots, we need to identify the possibilities of the two solutions:

1- Create content management capabilities for airy instance by creating a full "Template" feature and manage complexity.
2- Offer integrations to CMS systems to register for content triggers.
