Doesn't work after compiling

@airwolf2026, thanks for your app, but after compiling, it doesn't work (neither pins to the Start menu, nor to the taskbar). I recorded a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMcU2svZt84 Please tell, what am I doing wrong?
