AIP 68: Integrate AirSwap into ParaSwap

Summary

  • ParaSwap is a DEX aggregator available on ETH/BSC/MATIC/AVAX
  • ParaSwap DexLib allows DEXs to integrate their liquidity into ParaSwap
  • AirSwap should create an adapter to integrate our protocols into ParaSwap
  • At current rates, providing 10% of ParaSwap’s volume would add an extra $12.5M per week through AirSwap’s protocol

Specification

Create an AirSwap adapter to integrate the AirSwap RFQ protocol into ParaSwap DexLib to provide liquidity to ParaSwap on ETH/BSC/MATIC/AVAX. AirSwap will continue to take 0.07% of all volume through our protocols.

Rationale

ParaSwap is a DEX aggregator available on ETH / BSC / Polygon / AVAX. AirSwap protocols are already available on all these chains.

Approximately $125M is traded every week on ParaSwap (https://dashboard.paraswap.io/public/dashboard/dcc1ec4f-c84b-44a4-b3ce-8b794c3fed91). Currently, AirSwap provides ~10-20% of daily volume on MetaMask Swaps on ETH/Stablecoin pairs.

For example, if AirSwap manages to provide 10% of ParaSwap’s volume, it would add an extra $12.5M in volume per week ($8,750 in weekly fees) to the AirSwap protocol.
