AIP 63: Social Media Ambassadors

Summary

This AIP proposes to implement a community ambassador program in order to raise awareness about AirSwap and utility of $AST. Community members will be rewarded for creating Twitter threads, youtube videos, medium articles etc.

A total budget of 50,500 $AST is requested from the DAO.

• 20,500 $AST to be rewarded for direct participation of content creation
• 30,000 $AST to be rewarded for indirect participation through sharing

Specification

With the new version of AirSwap (https://twitter.com/airswap/status/1509201919675355140) we plan to kickstart our Marketing program. As a DAO we also want to involve our community! The program rewards community members in $AST for talking about AirSwap on social media (Twitter, Discord, Youtube)

The social media program will last for a month. It can be renewed if it’s a success.

A total budget of 50,500 $AST is requested to be used as follows:

• 20,500 $AST for a direct participation
• 30,000 $AST for indirect participation (via retweet + threads)

Social Media Posts

How to enter

Create a social media post on one of the following platforms regarding AirSwap V3 :

• Twitter,
• YouTube,
• Infographics,
• Medium Article
• Tag your post with $AST #DAO #OTC @airswap #airswap
• Submit your post in a form

To be eligible you must talk at least on one of those subjects :

• AirSwap products (OTC, DEX, Market Makers, etc)
• AirSwap protocols, how they work and benefits
• AirSwap DAO and how the community and token function
• Why you joined AirSwap

Not eligible :

• Using bots
• Not following the AirSwap community code of conduct (https://about.airswap.io/community/code-of-conduct)

The interactions on the media post will also be taken into consideration (likes, retweets, etc…) and how many posts were created.

Be aware, we value the quality over the quantity of posts!

The community will vote for the top 3 social media posts.

Prizes

• 10,000 $AST
• 7,000 $AST
• 3,500 $AST

All participants: 1 POAP

Twitter Giveaway

Twitter influencers can sign up to participate in the “social media post” game where they will be able to give away 1000 $AST to their communities. A maximum of 30 influencers will be able to propose this game to their community.

How to enter

Like the AirSwap post of your favorite influencer, you will have to retweet the post and make a thread also . Tag your post with $AST #DAO #OTC @airswap #airswap Earn a 1000 $AST giveaway!

The Final Vote

Voting will take place within the AirSwap’s discord based on discord reactions. A specific channel will be created for the event.
