Summary

This proposal requests a consolidated budget of 650K AST to support AirSwap’s 2025 marketing strategy. The primary goal is to accelerate adoption of AirSwap’s key tools and features—including AirSwap OTC, NFT Marketplaces, Delegate, Inspector, Analytics, and Subgraph—while driving community engagement, brand awareness, and product education.

The budget includes allocations for tools, events, campaigns, merchandise, community collaborations, media coverage, and research. Any unused funds will remain in the Marketing Safe for future initiatives.

  2. Event Attendance: 125K AST (~$15,625 USD) Support for AirSwap representatives at key blockchain events, including Token2049, ETHCC, and NFT Paris. Showcase tools like Delegate, Inspector, and Analytics through workshops, demos, and panels. Branded merchandise and networking to boost visibility.

  3. AirSwap Merchandise: 50K AST (~$6,250 USD) Design and production of exclusive items like T-shirts, caps, stickers, and premium collectibles. Rewards for community members and early adopters. Promotional giveaways during campaigns and events. Exclusive items for contributors and loyal supporters to enhance advocacy and loyalty.

  4. Community and Media Campaigns: 150K AST (~$18,750 USD) Comprehensive campaigns promoting adoption of AirSwap’s full suite of tools: AirSwap OTC: Highlight benefits like 0 slippage and no MEV. AirSwap Delegate: Educate on creating custom trading rules and limit orders. AirSwap NFT Marketplaces: Promote its ease of use and customization. Inspector & Analytics: Demonstrate their value for developers and traders.

  5. Community Collaborations: 60K AST (~$7,500 USD) Partner with other communities to highlight specific tools and their benefits. Target communities focused on DeFi, NFTs, and trading for maximum impact.

  6. Media Coverage: 176K AST (~$22,000 USD) Collaborate with leading blockchain media outlets to showcase AirSwap’s innovative tools. Ensure consistent messaging to reinforce brand identity and maximize reach.

  7. Trader & Developer Research: 20K AST (~$2,500 USD) Conduct interviews and gather feedback from top traders and developers to improve tools like Delegate, Inspector, and the Subgraph. Use insights to refine product features and marketing strategies.

  8. Miscellaneous Expenses: 37K AST (~$4,625 USD) Covers unforeseen costs related to campaign execution and coordination.
