Revise Wiki page "Setting up the background"

I am suggesting three edits to the wiki page Setting up the background:

1. Insert a step after step 2: Select "Show Background Settings" in the View menu.
2. Preface the list with an explanation of what to expect from the feature. I guess the idea is that blobsaver uses the data saved for a device to periodically check for new blobs. This means I do not have to physically connect a device to the computer to do that. Great, worth mentioning though!
3. This background process – how is it implemented? I'd like to learn a little bit at least to know what I am allowing to permanently run in the background. I think I might actually prefer to manually check for new blobs as this is only relevant when a new operating system version is released, right?

The wiki article was very outdated, just updated it for the latest versions including how it's implemented.
