Adobe-Runtime-Support Creating an Assets,car file

I need help. I have a new APP designed and ready. I need for IOS a file called Asstes.car which is to be placed in the Project Folder. In the Past i had an online Tool doing that for me from a 1024x1024 image. I read a lot that that can only be done with xcode ???

Best way is to use the script I have here: https://github.com/distriqt/AIR-ImageScripts

Some of those older methods of creating the Assets.car can cause issues as they are missing the AIR assets.
