Stuttering Animation on Linux

Problem Description

We're experiencing stuttering animations with our Animate content. The SWFs will run fine on MacOS (SDK 32), but the same animation on Ubuntu 22.04 stutters randomly. This is using SDK version 33.1.1.929.
