[Feature Request] Request supported camera modes (resolutions with framerates)

Feature Description

AIR should have a method to get supported camera modes (resolutions with framerates). It could return Vector with some new objects like CameraMode which represents width, height and fps of Camera that could be used.

It very useful to provide programmable (or user) ability to select one of supported camera modes depend on performance/bandwidth or some other criteria. Right now you can choose only closest camera mode to specified values (width/height/fps). This is not enough for good experience for applications which sensitive to work with cameras.
