QOL Feature Request: Add option to call numbers using system default calling app

This is just a light suggestion / feature request for the addition of a call option in the app's UI when selecting a contact's profile or on a message thread with a single recipient. I could be mistaken easily, but I believe that such a feature would be relatively simple to implement by invoking the activity for the android system's default phone call app.
