Inconsistent/Inaccurate Confirmed Balance - During Deposit

Yes I'm on 1.51 now. Balances seem more accurate.

Deposits Lag

I wasn't, no. I think the speed improved, but I have since started using a fee. However still having lots of issues getting my deposits accepted before they expire.
