rest_no_route and cant access settings

Hey, I use plugin version 3.1.0 but there is no setting button. and, i also have adding code to my theme but, i still get error like this

I just ran into this same issue, and for me, the solution was that I needed to also install the "Advanced Custom Fields" plugin.
