COCOMetric with Mask incorrect results

🐛 Bug

Describe the bug Using COCOMetric with mask type seems to give incorrect results. The reported AP is very low, while visualizing the predictions seems to show reasonable results.

To Reproduce Use the Mask RCNN example with COCOMetric
