Retinanet custom backbones

Hello,

I was just wondering if it's possible to use a custom backbone for retinanet saved locally (ie one that is not provided by this library, and not widely available in general).

@Steven-Palayew from what I know it's not very easy to do so. What kind of custom backbone do you have?

@dnth it's a .pt file that can be extracted as an FPN, with hyperparameters specified in a yml file

Any chance that its a mmdet, or torchvision model?
