Monitor support for HT40+/HT40-

Support for activate monitor mode in channel ranges for capture wider band.

You can already do that even though there are not options in Aircrack-ng by using iw.

Would be great to have that option in airmon-ng script. Example:

# airmon-ng start wlo1 6 HT40+

this would be reasonably deceptive as it would have to be run AFTER starting airodump-ng or airodump-ng would reset the ht mode back to none. I agree with Mister_X, use iw, or someone needs to write a patch for proper support in airodump-ng
