hostapd-wpe accept all WEP clients

I've always liked this patch because of the possibility to send EAP-Success messages regardless of the key making it easier to get a MITM position. I learned that the same can be done during WEP authentication, this is a necessary feature if one wants to implement a caffe-latte attack. Since the '-s' already exists and it says "accept all clients if possible" then it could try and do the same for WEP encrypted hotspots.
