This PR is adding 5 new streams :

• Group Issues (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/issues.html#list-group-issues) And the 4 DORA metrics :
• Change_failure_rate
• Deployment_frequency
• Lead_time_for_changes
• Time_to_restore_service

I'm not sure if it should be a major or a minor version bump as there is changes to the api_url

Hello @marcosmarxm I was not able to work on this. I do want to have this work merged to the Airbyte repo, so either you could continue my work, or I will go back to it once I have some time

Hey @marcosmarxm my company has stopped using Airbyte to pull DORA metrics because of the lack of support. We found an other alternative. I won't have more time to work on this, but you can continue the MR.

@CyprienBarbault sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we don't have bandwidth to get this merged now.
