This stream was implemented in a low-code version of source-twillio https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/pull/21446 but unfortunately, this low-code implementation is put on hold because low-code CDK does not allow us to finish the job.

If we need this stream: "Flow" in source-twillio probably we need to implement it now in AirbyteCDK until problems with low code will be resolved.

I have unassigned from myself and moved to the backlog
