Change the color of empty required fields when creating a rule

When creating a rule some fields are mandatory. And you can't save the rule until they are filled. In order to make users understand which required field is not filled yet, you could highlight it or frame it with a specific color.

Set default values such as MORE/LESS, severity... (whenever possible).

Same behavior as Event Definition -> Filter & Aggregation -> Aggregation of results reaches a threshold -> Condition summary -> Show errors
