Cannot click on Create/Import/Export when the browser's width is too small

When the browser's width is too small I can't click anymore on the buttons Create, Import and Export. All other buttons work.

Wizard v3.0.1. Graylog v3.0.2.

Yes it is.

To be more precise it happens when the window's wide is less than 990 pixels. So it happens when you split a 1920x1080 screen into 2 windows.
