Microsoft-Windows-VHDMP provider timestamp conversion issue

Hi. We want to use this parser to convert raw .etl collection IO data to .csv/.xml The timestamp generated is relative values and we're unable to map it to the correct datetime.

Is anyone meeting similar issue here? Do we have a solution on getting a startTime/convert the integer time to the actual datetime?
