OPTION TO SKIP A PLUGIN

Thanks for this wonderful project.

unfortunately declare-missing-class-properties just hangs for me so I wonder how could i run a full migrate less a single plugin?

+1 for this, it appears that https://github.com/airbnb/ts-migrate/issues/152 may also be related so having the ability to skip certain plugins would help out a ton. (Or if there's an existing workaround!)
