lottie-web Version 15.3.0 didn't release

It appears that version 15.3.0 was merged but it was never tagged and is unavailable for us.

I gave up on waiting for this to be released and switched to dotlottie-web instead.

dotlottie-web have some bugs that this lib does not (depends on json file). the whole lottie project is so weird nowadays.

Any updates??? The whole lottie project feels a bit off now, one of the most important libraries not keeping up with the latest updates in the echo system and its maintainers just ignoring a simple release for months now.
