[RWS] launch() && datalog() high load benchmarking

We need to make open testnet benchmarking with deep dive into infrastructure processes. We should carefully analyze tx pool, grafana metrics of relay chain providers, collators, and robotics nodes. The results of these high load tests will be part of the Robonomics Parachain initial configuration.
