Implement ZZ and ZQ

These save the current file and exit the editor, or just exit without saving.

As far as I know, zz is used to redraw current line at center of window.

Implementing ZZ should be doable, since :wq and :x already exist (although they just close all tabs and don't quit the editor completely).

ZQ is more challenging, because I'm not sure if there is a way to programmatically skip the popups prompting you to save.
