AIONwallet v1.2.4 macOS will not open

Currently have v1.2.2. Installed version 1.2.4. I went through the security section of system preferences to allow me to use it. When I double click on the app, it flashes like it is opening, but does not open. Using MacOS 11.7.2 Big Sur.
