Is it possible to provide explanation what is broken at linked objects? Is it always missing language info (like Florida instead of en:Florida) or is it checking also for other errors?

This is very difficult, cause I just know, that there is no valid wikidata reference for this object. I don't know exactly why. It is also possible, that the wiwosm parsing has errors for that object.
