Why is the "latest" release on github version 0.2.0?

Hi there,

I ran into some version issues where I assumed that the "latest" version on the github releases is correct, and corresponds to the latest version of the documentation, which is incorrect.

Could you please update the "latest" tag to point to v0.4.0?

I guess this is because no "release" has been created on github for the corresponding "git tag". Could you please create a github release, it would resolve this issue for me, and would have avoided any misunderstanding I had with which documentation corresponds to which version of the code.
