Hi I have this same problem. The settings won't open see printscreen below. WP is a fresh install with no other plugins installed. Default theme: WP 2023

WP 6.1.1 php 7.4 Server: OpenLiteSpeed Debian 11

Found a possible fix. Download the first version! It are just folders that are missing in the install files in the latest versions.

After that upload the new version manually by ftp.
