Stop Casting when AirPlay client disconnects

Would it be possible to implement a feature to stop or disable Casting once the airplay client disconnects?

The current implementation leaves the target Chromecast device in a "Casting" mode after disconnecting the airplay client. The cast then needs to be manually ended via the Google Home app to trigger the chromecast device to return to an idle "Ready to Cast" state.
