BUG: Exit when HTTP connection

Hi,

I found this bug: "When playing, if you connect to the webserver that is serving the HTTP stream to the Chromecast, then the program exits".

How to reproduce:

• Start Aircast.
• Use some AirPlay client to play audio in some Chomecast device.
• Connect with some browser to the address: "http://IP_AIRCAST_SERVER:8000"
• Then the program kills.

You can show the URL in the log, it's like:

Starting stream of URL http://192.168.1.47:8000/stream.flac on Chromecast 'ChromecastAudio'
