Suggestion: show coordinates in reference sequence

I love this program!

One suggestion: The coordinates on top show the position in the alignment, and it would be lovely if they could show the position in the reference sequence instead, maybe using an additional command line switch.

Thank you @pmenzel! 😄 I like that idea and would be happy to include it in snipit! I'll add it as a feature request for the moment as am trying to finally finish up my thesis. Happy to merge in PRs in the meantime!
