directory help

can you please clarify on how you actually input directories in the commands you provided

i am having trouble getting this to work (getting errors like "The system cannot find the path specified." and "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.") and i also do not really know python so uhjms do what you will with that info ☝️☝️☝️.
